Wilfried Nancy insisted he had no concerns about losing his job, asserting, “I believe we are really close to things turning around,” despite edging perilously close to the exit with a comprehensive defeat by Rangers.

The victorious boss refused to contemplate a title charge even after what appeared to be a huge result. “We take it game by game, so we can gradually build a challenge,” he said. “The belief in the team is immense.”
